2. The service
IPSearch provides, free of charge, approximate location information for public IP addresses (country, state, city, provider, coordinates and map), directly through the site's interface.
3. Estimated nature of the data
Geolocation information consists of estimates obtained from public databases and may be outdated, imprecise or incorrect. IPSearch does not guarantee the accuracy of the results and they must not be used as proof of the physical location of people or devices.
4. Acceptable use
When using the service, you agree to:
- Not use the data to stalk, harass, intimidate or violate the privacy of third parties.
- Not employ the service in unlawful activities of any nature.
- Respect the service's query limits and not attempt to circumvent them.
- Not overload, attack or attempt to compromise the availability of the service.
5. Availability
The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time, without prior notice.
6. Limitation of liability
IPSearch is not responsible for decisions made based on the information displayed, nor for direct or indirect damages arising from the use or unavailability of the service.

These terms may be updated periodically. The current version will always be published on this page, with the date of the last update.
